I've been wanting for awhile now to give some love to some of the amazing audio fiction programs out there. As those of you who've come over from Podiobooks already know, there's a whole world of audio fiction out there waiting to be enjoyed. Some of my other favorites include the Sci-Fi stylings of Escape Pod (like they need a plug from us... I'd be shocked if 90% of you don't already subscribe, but the other 10% should get right on that). And don't forget the recently-launched sister show Pseudopod, a horror anthology run by the Mighty Mur herself. (Mature audiences only. Seriously.). And you can't leave out Variant Frequencies. They're not as easy to label; Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror and more, and always fascinating and well produced.

And who's that pictured to the left? Why it's new Decoder Ringer Tim Vant, who did such a great job as Prof. Wallace in last week's Red Panda. You'll be hearing a lot of this guy this season... (think he regrets the "flying ace" look now? That reminds me, I need to get some goggles to go with that hat...)

In other news, our Reign of Terror continues at DramaPod, thanks for visiting and voting... and I just got an e-mail from J.M.X. that the next episode of Silent Universe will be out tomorrow! That's a vast improvement on turn around time (which is the closest thing to a "complaint" that I've ever heard of S.U.). Can't wait!
