Body which belongs to the type endormorf have hands and feet tend to be shorter and fatter impressed. Endormorf body types also have higher body fat, but his body is easy to shape into the muscle. People who have type endormorf body fat is usually easy, and metabolism of the body tend to be slower than other body types so it’s rather difficult to lose weight.
However, that does not mean people with this body type can not have a good body shape tablets. Appropriate exercise, can help to reduce weight and beautify the body shape.
It is recommended to do the kind of exercise that does not cause the high voltage on the frame body, physical activity duration is rather long but not excessive. During the exercise, should not hold your breath.
Examples of exercises you can do: biking, walking, swimming, cardio workouts, aerobic.
