Five Ways to Skin Care with Lemon

1. Exfoliation helps dead skin cells
Lemon contains fruit acids called alpha-hidrocxy acid (AHA), which can clean the dead skin cells. Once the dead skin cells disappear, the skin will feel soft and radiant again. For normal skin, lemon water is safe to use every day. Squeeze the lemon juicer, take the juice. Dip cotton wool in the juice before and apply on face and body skin that has been cleaned. Let stand 10 minutes, then wash with warm towels.

2. Soften Dry Skin on Elbow
The skin on the elbow is usually very dry and darker than other body parts. Try lemon treatment for dry elbows. Slice the lemon into two halves, rub a bit and stick it on your elbow is dry about 10 minutes. Then wash with water.

3. Diminish the Black Spot
If you spend a lot of time in the sun, the skin will be susceptible to black spots. The black spots could be signs of skin aging. Remove spots with a slice of lemon, then stick it on the spotted area and let stand for 10 minutes. Do this treatment once a week until the spots disappear.
